Instructions for use

1. Choose the appropriate sanding disc: Choose the appropriate sanding disc according to the material to be polished and the thickness of the sanding. The higher the roughness, the rougher the polishing effect; on the contrary, the more delicate it is.

2. Install the sanding disc: Install the sanding disc on the grinder or angle grinder to ensure that it is installed firmly and will not fall off during use.

3. Use disc sand: Turn on the grinder, gently touch the sanding disc to the surface to be polished, and use appropriate pressure and speed to polish. Do not use excessive pressure to avoid damaging the disc sand or the item being sanded.

4. Pay attention to safety: When using sanding disc, wear protective glasses and gloves to avoid dust and debris from flying into your eyes or hands during the sanding process. At the same time, the grinder should be turned off promptly after use to avoid accidental injury.

5. Cleaning and maintenance: After use, clean the grinder and sanding disc to avoid dust and debris accumulation, which will affect the next use. If the sanding disc is severely worn, it should be replaced with a new one in time.

6. Storage: Unused sanding disc should be stored properly to avoid damage due to moisture or impact from hard objects.
