production process

1. Material selection: Choose suitable raw materials. Most disc sandpaper is made of raw materials such as sandpaper, glue and paper base.

2. Paper making: Cut the paper base into suitable size and shape. Then apply glue on the paper base so that the glue evenly covers the paper base.

3. Sand adhesion: Sprinkle sand on the glue-coated paper base to allow the sand to adhere evenly to the paper base. Then dry the sanded paper base to allow the glue to dry completely.

4. Cutting: Cut the dried sandpaper into suitable size and shape.

5. Punch: Punch holes in the cut sandpaper. The location and number of holes need to be determined according to actual needs.

6. Packaging: Pack the prepared sandpaper disc, and ensure that the sandpaper will not be damaged during packaging.

7. Quality inspection: After packaging is completed, the Sandpaper disc needs to be inspected for quality to ensure that the quality of the sandpaper meets the standards.

8. Shipping: Sandpaper disc is delivered to customers through various transportation methods.
