Process flow
1. Material selection: First, you need to select appropriate raw materials. Generally speaking, the main raw materials of sand paper include sand grains, adhesive and base. Among them, the type and size of the sand grains will directly affect the sanding effect of the sand paper, the nature of the adhesive will affect the durability of the sand paper, and the quality of the substrate will affect the strength and flexibility of the sandpaper disc.

2. Glue making: Mix the adhesive and a certain proportion of water evenly to make glue.

3. Sand adhesion: Dip the base paper into the glue to fully absorb the glue, then place it on the sand and make the sand evenly adhere to the base paper by vibrating or rolling.

4. Drying: Put the sanded base paper into the drying room for drying. The purpose of drying is to solidify the glue so that the sand particles adhere firmly to the backing paper.

5. Cutting: Cut the dried sandpaper into the shape, size and number of holes required by the customer.
