1. Preparation: Make sure the work area is dry and clean, and wear personal protective equipment such as glasses, masks, and gloves. Ensure safety during sanding.

2. Abrasive belt selection: According to the hardness and surface roughness of the required processing material, select a Zirconium Corundum Abrasive Belt of appropriate size and particle size. Generally, coarse abrasive belts are suitable for rough machining and dressing, while fine abrasive belts are suitable for bright polishing and fine machining. Generally speaking, the finer the number, the rougher it is, and vice versa, the finer it is.

3. Install the sanding belt: Install the sanding belt correctly on the belt sander, making sure the sanding belt is firmly fixed and will not slip or loosen. Note that the direction of the sanding belt should be consistent with the direction of machine rotation. (Please note! 4. Adjust the tension: Use the tension device of the belt sanding machine to adjust the tension of the sanding belt appropriately. 6. Cleaning and maintenance: After use, promptly remove residues and blockages on the abrasive belt to extend the service life of the abrasive belt. Check the abrasive belt regularly for wear and replace the abrasive belt as necessary.
